Brand Repositioning That Delivered Big Results: A Simple Change with Major Impact
Last year, we undertook a strategic repositioning of our brand to better reach key audiences, especially private-equity–backed business owners. Through a series of customer interviews, it became clear that parts of our work read as overly “creative,” which conveyed risk and created hesitation with potential clients.
To address this, we removed the term “creative” from our tagline and pared back much of our messaging. The effect has been notable: clearer positioning, reduced perceived risk, and stronger engagement with our target audience.
Have you experienced a similar shift? I’d love to hear stories about simple branding adjustments that yielded outsized results for your business.
